Multi-Channel
One ledger. Every marketplace. No channel left behind.
Most resellers don't stay single-channel. Profit Hawk's data model was built multi-channel from day one — eBay first, then Amazon, Mercari, Poshmark, and more on the public roadmap.
- eBay sync live today — the anchor channel, fully reconciled
- Mercari and Poshmark on the near-term roadmap
- One unified ledger — roll up across channels or drill into each

Plays nice with where you already sell.
Five marketplaces, five sets of broken books. There's a better way.
The typical multi-channel reseller ends up with eBay in one spreadsheet, Amazon in another, Mercari in a third, and Poshmark in a CSV they downloaded three months ago. None of them match. COGS gets guessed. Tax prep becomes a multi-week project. Profit Hawk was architected to solve this from the start — one data model that handles every channel's fee structure, refund logic, and payout timing correctly.
Channel support
Where Profit Hawk is today and where it's going.
- eBay — live now: full sync, reconciliation, and fee-leak detection
- Mercari — coming soon: fee structure and payout reconciliation
- Poshmark — coming soon: commission tracking and payout sync
- Amazon — roadmap: FBA fee reconciliation and reimbursement tracking
- Whatnot — roadmap: live auction fee and payout sync
- Depop — roadmap: international fee handling
- Manual import — any channel, any time, via CSV
Every channel has its own fee logic. We handle all of it.
eBay charges final value fees plus promoted listing fees. Amazon charges FBA pick-and-pack plus referral fees plus reimbursements. Mercari has a flat percentage but a different refund window. Poshmark charges a flat fee on lower sales and a percentage above $15. Profit Hawk knows the fee table for every channel — your COGS doesn't change, but the take-home does, and you'll see it.
One COGS lot. Multiple channel listings.
You bought a lot of 50 vintage shirts. You list 20 on eBay, 15 on Poshmark, 15 on Mercari. The cost basis is the same lot — $8 per shirt. Profit Hawk tracks which channel each item sold on and what the net profit was on each channel after that channel's fees. You'll know which marketplace actually makes you more money per item.
Multi-channel tax prep without the nightmare.
Each marketplace sends its own 1099-K. Each one reports gross sales before fees and before chargebacks. Profit Hawk reconciles all of them against your actual net income — separated from marketplace-collected sales tax, returns, and refunds — and rolls everything into one unified Tax Pack for your CPA.
